Orders missing username or exceeding the quantity limit per person will be canceled and refunded with no warning.

Fulfillment expected to take place around February/March.

Once products arrive at our distributor's house, customers will receive an email request to update or confirm the shipping address is still valid. Customers will have one week to update their shipping address by email.

All orders will come with tracking numbers. Once the buyer receives their tracking number, it is the buyer's responsibility to track their own package. We are not liable for any losses or damages after packages are out of our hands. We cannot help track orders after 60 days from the package delivery date since all couriers recycle tracking numbers.
